We would like to inform you that the general terms and conditions of sale set out below indicate, in compliance with the regulations in force for consumer protection, the conditions and methods for purchasing online on the www.fridaquerida.com website.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Two payment methods BANK TRANSFER/PAYPAL
By choosing payment by Bank Transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the bank details of FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE, after which the goods will be set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by e-mail to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
We will dispatch the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for size exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods.
N.B. no amount will be refunded. Goods on sale can be returned, but the amount paid will not be refunded but will be returned by means of a voucher that can be used in the online shop.
The goods must be returned with the tag and all labels.
It is necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the article code the invoice number and indicate the type of compensation desired (size change or store credit). Once the e-mail has been sent, FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE will reply within 48 hours and will send a confirmation e-mail containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
The courier for the return of the goods will be indicated in the email sent by FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be filled in as indicated in the authorization email received by the FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE Returns Department (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the parcel). The return shipment made with the courier indicated by FRIDA QUERIDA FLORENCE will be FREE for the Italian territory. If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
There are 2 types of compensation available:
An exchange is only possible for a different size or a different colour of the same article, if available. The new item can be returned following the same procedure.
For all articles in the OUTLET the exchange for a size error or an afterthought is not permitted, goods in the OUTLET can only be exchanged if in default and within 14 days.
As soon as the return is received and processed, an email will be sent to the customer containing a code for the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases. The Credit can only be used once within and no later than 3 months from the time of return cannot be accumulated with other Credits and must be used in full on the next order.
Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds will be made as soon as the return arrives at FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE warehouses and the items have been checked.
The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded. The return shipment must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order. Refunds and/or exchanges are not possible for goods purchased on sale/OUTLET, the return of payment will be made by means of a voucher that can be spent in the online shop.
