TERMS OF PAYMENT
Two payment methods: BANK TRANSFER / PAYPAL
By choosing the payment by bank transfer, at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE’s bank details, following which the goods will be put aside waiting for the reception of the bank transfer on the account. The customer is obliged to send a copy of the payment via e-mail to email@example.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the order confirmation.
We will ship the order when the bank transfer reaches our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through their Paypal account. FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE reserves the right to send the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unused items can be returned for size change or store credit within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
N.B. No amount is refunded. The goods on sale can be returned, but the amount paid will not be reimbursed but will be returned via voucher that can be used on the online shop.
The goods must be returned with the tag and all the labels.
It is necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify article number, invoice number and the type of compensation desired (replacement or store credit). Once the email is sent, FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE will reply within 48 hours and will send a confirmation e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
The courier for the return of goods will be specified in the email sent by FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE.
The Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) must be written on the waybill, which must be filled in as instructed in the authorization e-mail received from the FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE Returns Department (The Courier will carry a waybill when the parcel is collected). The return shipment made with the courier chosen by FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE will be FREE for the Italian territory. If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
There are 2 types of compensation available:
It is possible to request a replacement only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.
As soon as the return is received and processed, an email will be sent to the customer containing a code of the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases. The credit can be used only once within and not later than 3 months from the time of return, cannot be combined with other credits and must be used entirely in the next order.
The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the FRIDA QUERIDA FIRENZE warehouse and the items are checked.
The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to the exchange rate fluctuation cannot be reimbursed. The return shipment must take place within 15 days from receipt of the order. The reimbursement is not provided for the goods purchased on sale, the return of the payment will be made via voucher that can be used on the online shop.
